SPERIXLABS is a cybersecurity research lab. We work on two things at once: peer-reviewed research on the security of emerging systems, and hands-on security practice — auditing real-world mobile apps, routers, and agent tooling, then publishing what we learn.

Research areas#

Internet of Things (IoT) — lightweight security mechanisms for resource-constrained devices: DoS and rogue-access-point detection, MITM defence for WiFi-enabled gateways, and secure orchestration frameworks.

Applied cryptography & quantum information — post-quantum algorithms, homomorphic encryption, cryptanalysis, and quantum computing’s impact on contemporary cryptosystems.

Blockchain & distributed systems — peer-to-peer topology optimisation for industrial IoT networks, network optimisation techniques for blockchain systems, and zero-knowledge-proof-based data integrity.

Networks & 5G — software-defined networking, spectrum and resource management in 5G network slicing, and UAV-assisted reconfigurable intelligent surfaces.

Reverse engineering & AI security — malware analysis, mobile application security, firmware analysis, and the emerging security surface of LLM agents and coding tools.
